IBOGO does not own, sell, resell its products offered by the Partner shops, and/or does not control the Partners or the related services provided in connection thereof.
Not all IBOGO partner shops provide delivery service. Customers can view the provided service of each partner shop from the mobile app. Customer understands that any order that he/she places shall be subjected to the product availability, delivery location serviceability.
Our partner restaurants generally process delivery orders within 1 hour from the time order was placed. In situations (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond1 hour, the partner shop will be intimate to the customer.
Post Dispatch, Customers can raise concerns to IBOGO via the support section from the mobile app & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! Our partner shops shall keep you posted during such events.
Shipping Charges:
Undefined terms in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as in our Terms of Service (“Terms”).All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and customers will know about this before making payments.
Packaging & Handling Charges:
Our partner restaurants will provide the best possible packing in a most affordable way. In the case where the packaging charge is applicable it shall be shown at the time of checkout and customers will know about this before making payments.
Returns & Refunds
Personal Information may be used for the following purposes:
The user shall undertake to provide adequate directions, information and authorisations to accept delivery. In the event of no delivery due to any act or omission attributable to the user, the goods or services shall be deemed to have been delivered to the user and all risk and responsibility in relation thereto shall pass to the user without being entitled to any refund.
If the food is not delivered due to non availability of the product/ any other inconvenience from the partner shops amount will be refunded.
If the food is not delivered within the stipulated/ reasonable time, the amount shall be refunded
If the customer does not pick up the calls/ become unavailable/ does not show up, then the order stands cancelled and in that case there will be no refund.
No refund will be applicable if the user has issues with the taste of the product.
In case of complaints/refunds contact IBOGO from the app support section, All queries raised from the app will be solved with in 24-48 hours.
